Powered by 400 amp-hours of Renogy lithium batteries, paired with 350 watts of roof-mounted solar and a Renogy battery management system, you can easily monitor and manage your power from any smartphone. 

For improved reliable insulation in low temperatures the cold-weather performance pack has been upgraded, to feature a Truma VarioHeat system with ducted heating throughout the unit and most plumbing above the floor placed behind a triple sealed door keeping it away from the cold. The combination of luxurious comforts, reliable construction, and great convenience, the MDC XT12HR Off-Grid Extreme is perfect for couples seeking cozy and adventurous getaways.

The XT12HR Off-Grid Extreme is made with detail and intention in mind. Built on a galvanized steel chassis that is backed by a lifetime warranty, you'll never have to worry if your trailer is tough enough for the off-road. 

The XT12HR is equipped with a D035 fully articulating hitch made by Cruisemaster, allowing the hitch to rotate freely in any direction, putting tension on the hitch rather than your tow vehicle. Next to the hitch, there is a Ark 750 Jockey wheel which comes in handy for those accidental recovery situations. This wheel allows you to move the trailer around and out of tough & tight areas. Around the corner, you'll find the sleek and durable outdoor kitchen with a 3-burner Thetford stove, sink with hot/cold water, racks, and tables to create delicious meals outdoors. To stay protected from the elements, there is an electric awning that covers your entry door and outdoor kitchen.

Stepping inside the trailer designed for couples, every feature is intentional with no wasted space. Features include a queen-size bed, dinette to sit 3 people, and lagoon table that can be removed to open the floor plan even more. The bedroom area has bed outlets to charge your device, dimmable reading lights, and a window on each end of the bed to enjoy the view. While this is a smaller trailer, there is no lack of storage for all of your personal items and gear, with plenty of drawers, cabinets, and even a wardrobe tall enough to hang all your coats, shirts, pants.
