Well maintained 2019 Forest River Cruise Lite 171RBXL travel trailer in excellent condition. Clear title in-hand. This is a relatively light camper that can be pulled with many vehicles. It has dual axles which are not as common on smaller campers like this. Everything currently in and on the camper goes with the camper. This includes the load leveling hitch & sway bar system, bikes, bike rack, camera system, TV, camp chairs, misc tools, 24" high small dog fence/pen system, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. About all you need is some groceries and you could be camping. I have a 3rd party inspection report available to email if you are interested in reading. They only found a few small issues which have since been repaired. All major items checked out to be in good working order. One issue was the seals around exterior openings needing re-caulk (windows, hatches, etc), another was a small area of canopy detachment (not torn, slightly detached from the track). Both of these items have been repaired by Bitty's Mobile RV Repair here in Fort Myers. The only other issue is the vinyl seat material has begun to delaminate which is not uncommon in the FL heat. You can see this in a couple pictures. Our solution was seat covers.
