Ready for family camping? The Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2509S is ready for you and your camp-loving family. The 2509S is a lightweight, fiberglass sided bunkhouse travel trailer designed for comfort. With double-over-double bunks, a massive U-shaped dinette and a Murphy Bed (sofa with a footrest by day; queen bed by night) you'll have room for eight sleepers. For clothes you'll get two wardrobe closets with drawers underneath. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, large DC refrigerator, 3-burner cooktop, oven, a stainless-steel double sink with covers and a flip-up counter extension. Outside, there's an outdoor kitchen with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, separate griddle, and access to hot and cold water all while under the shade of an 18-foot awning.

The trailer is constructed with a fully laminated one-piece walkable roof, frameless windows, and a six-sided full aluminum frame for strength and durability. Upgrades include front and rear power stabilizer jacks, awning slide topper, 15K BTU ducted air conditioner, and a second (first unit in bathroom) Maxar ventilation fan and vent cover located in living room.

Trailer specs are 5,440 lbs. dry weight, 1,493 payload capacity, with 773 hitch weight. Tanks are 54 gal. fresh water, 30 gal. gray water, 30 gal. black water, all with heaters. The floor is vinyl with carpet under dinette. The TV is 32 inches and includes DVD/Radio with a wi-fi boost and includes both inside and outside speakers since the TV has ability to be moved outside. The system is completed with a power antenna and has both cable and satellite connections.

The 18-foot power awning has built-in LED lights. The trailer is wired for rear camera (camera included) as well as a tire pressure monitor. Two deep cycle batteries are contained in an enclosed battery case. The trailer has an internal water purifier and is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm. There are two 14 gal. propane tanks with gages and a cover. Tires are Goodyear, in good shape, and a spare tire is mounted on bumper. Brakes are electric drum.

There is a 55 Amp Battery Power Converter and a 190-watt solar panel on the roof. The water heater is 6 gal. and works either on electric or propane. Furnace is 35K BTU propane. The hitch has a strong electric power jack with built-in lights. For AC electric power, a 25-foot cord provides 30-amp power. The trailer has all cabinetry in Newport Ash with solid doors. All locks for trailer and outside compartments operate with a single key. Outside compartments are held open by magnet.
