A new Onan 5500 generator was installed in 2021 as well as a new King Dome Satellite Dish, programmed for DISH network. A new front A/C was also installed in 2022. The interior was completely remodeled in 2024. The carpeting and subflooring were both removed and replaced. The subflooring was replaced with 3/4" PVC boards making it waterproof and very quiet. Vinyl flooring replaced the carpeting, making it very easy to vacuum and clean. All original televisions were replaced by flat screen, bluetooth compatible TV's and the radio was replaced by a state of the art Alpine stereo system. A new bathroom sink and faucet were installed as well and the shower was completely resurfaced. A new upgraded water pump was installed in 2020 to ensure proper water pressure throughout for the shower, sinks and toilet. There were indeed dogs in this unit. I used it to travel across the country for dog shows, therefore it has been meticulously maintained. I lived in this unit for up to 6 months at a time, and could not afford to have a breakdown, so if anything wasn't working up to standards, it was immediately replaced. A NEW Solera electric awning was added in 2022. All sunscreens are included. This unit does have miles on it, and if you know anything about RV's, then you know that's a generally good thing, as these units do not to well just sitting in the driveway. The power levelers are not automatic. You adjust them from the INSIDE, so no need to go out into the elements and level this unit with pads! Both slides are also electric and controlled from the inside with one button ease! The refrigerator has literally never been used. The plastic wrap is still on the outside. It was replaced in February, 2025. The main salon dining area was removed due to inconvenience! It was very difficult to use, so I replaced it and added dog crates as seats, thus providing more room in the main area as well as a dedicated space for my traveling companions! The table and the crates are fully removable should you wish to replace them or modify that area in any way.
