RV Description

RV Trader
I am sadly selling my 2006 Newmar Ventana 33 foot diesel-pusher motorhome. She has been a lot of fun on our trips across the US, but its time for another chapter. She has been well-maintained and all systems are operational. The Cummins 300 HP engine and Allison transmission are on a sturdy Freightliner chassis. She has 96K miles, with 30K of those miles on a new engine which was replaced in 2018 due to an injector failure. Tires are all Michelin with 4 replaced in 2024, and 2 in 2022. The coach has 4 outside storage lockers capable of storing many camping accessories and toys. Two lockers connect to create an 8 long storage area. For the driver, both outside rear-view mirrors can be adjusted electrically with ease, and they are heated in case of inclement weather. In addition it has a full-color rear-view/backup camera with a screen easily viewable by the driver, and an attention-getting air horn! When parking, a Level-Legs mechanical jack system can be used to automatically level the coach. Entry via the passenger-side door has automatically deployed steps. All maintenance records and manuals available.
Living features The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, 6 hanging lockers, 6 drawers, and 1 large overhead storage cabinet, and lots of mirrors for extended travel and boondocking. A Sony CD/DVD/HDMI Entertainment Center allows video and sound to be distributed to any of 3 TV locations and to Surround-Sound speakers in the main living area. A SIRIUS/XM receiver has been integrated with a Panasonic radio so you can receive entertainment on-the-go. Multiple USB outlets have been installed around the dashboard for convenient charging of small electronics. The leather Captains and Co-pilots chairs slide, recline and swivel to allow them to be included in the living room entertainment. She sports 2 slides, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. The 15-foot electric-powered Weather-Pro awning provides a large, protected patio area for outdoor living plus a 3-foot awning is installed over the main door. Ceiling vents with 12 volt fans are installed in the living and bath areas, and they can be set to run based on temperature or humidity.
Plumbing and galley Corian countertops (with one small, damaged area), a double sink, 5 overhead storage lockers, 3 below-counter cabinets, and a full-height pantry form the core of a very user-friendly galley. A 10-gallon water heater can be heated by 110VAC power or propane. She has a 2-way Norcold refrigerator (110 volt and propane), built-in ice-maker for those hot days and a 3-burner propane stove. A GE Spacemaker microwave oven and filtered water faucet completes the galley. There is a 20-gallon propane tank with fill access from an outside locker.
Electrical - Four (4) house batteries and two (2) starting batteries were replaced in 2021. An eight (8) KW Caterpillar diesel generator provides a full 50 amp service for all on-board systems. Both air conditioners were replaced in 2018, one with a heat pump. Heat can be supplemented by propane heater in the basement that supplies 35,000 BTU, adequate heating for a cold morning! A 2000-watt inverter provides 110VAC power when boondocking and off the grid. Most interior lights have been replaced with LEDs to reduce power consumption and heat load.
The coach is ready in time for Spring and Summer fun and to provide more years of camping and leisure for a new owner.
