It has been stationary since I have owned in (purchased basically brand new in 2022). We used it as a secondary residence at my parents' home where it is currently still hooked to electric, water and A/C's are on and COLD!

A few areas to note. A few of the window latches have broken off 1 in master, 2 in living space, and 1 in rear bedroom. These will need to be replaced.
A few scratches here and there and the tabletop in dining did peal on some corners. cushions show wear as well.
Vinyl floor has some discoloration due to cleaning products that I was unaware would discolor them slightly.
Outdoor kitchen stove knob is melted a little from having stove on higher heat. and kitchen surface needs a little love as bug repellant caused the paint to lift on countertop
All fairly normal wear and nothing mechanically wrong.
Tires I am unsure on as we have not moved it, they were new when purchased.
