RV Description

2024 Outdoors RV Backcountry MTN TRX 24KRS Titanium Series

I assume that anyone interested in purchasing an Outdoors RV travel trailer is already familiar with its high quality, 4 season construction, as well as the high-end features and conveniences found in the Titanium Series, so I will focus on describing my particular trailer and its history.

I purchased my Outdoors RV Backcountry MTN TRX model 24KRS trailer new from a dealer located in Hurricane, Utah in March, 2024. I specifically wanted this make and model trailer, and 2024 was the first year that the 24KRS was available in the Titanium Series. My decision to purchase the trailer in Hurricane, Utah was also deliberate, as I wanted to spend 6 to 7 weeks in that area exploring Zion National Park and the surrounding mountain ranges, which I did. From Hurricane, Utah, I towed the trailer back to my home in Marion, Montana, where it has remained covered and, of course, properly winterized. In my estimation, I have towed the trailer approximately 1,100 miles since I've owned it. I'm only selling because I wont be able to use it in the future as I originally intended.

I want to emphasize to any potential purchaser that I am extremely particular about my possessions, and that I have taken meticulous, loving care of my trailer since the day I picked it up from the dealer. I can safely say that there is not a cleaner, more meticulously cared for, and less gently used travel trailer on the market, no matter the manufacturer. I grew up in a military family and I am a former military officer myself (USAF JAG), so taking pride in and proper care of ones possessions is ingrained in me. My trailer is literally in like-new condition, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

The trailer has NEVER:

- been used or occupied by anyone other than myself;

- been smoked in;

- housed or accommodated any pets;

- been involved in any type of accident; or

- been damaged in any way.

In fact, because I stayed exclusively in several RV parks while in Utah, each of which had full hook-ups and full park amenities, I've never even started my trailers built-in LP generator. It still has the .4 hours of operation that either the manufacturer or the dealer put on it during testing. I have not used the oven (but I have used the stovetop), nor the TV in the bedroom, and the shower has been used only once (to ensure that there were no leaks). Moreover, the awning has never been extended, not even once. And, for what its worth, the black tank has been used only a handful of times under exigent circumstances (if you know what I mean), after which the tank was thoroughly flushed, cleaned and sanitized with a drop-in, enzyme cleaner, and thoroughly flushed again. Additionally, all of the bedding, pillows, etc. that came with the trailer have never been used and are still in their original packaging.

Also worth mentioning is that, in addition to being Outdoors RVs top-of-the-line model, the Titanium Series, my trailer has every option available from the manufacturer/dealer (except lithium batteries and the 1,000 watt solar panel package):

-3 roof-mounted, 200 watt solar panels (600 total watts);

-dual motor power stabilizer jacks (self-leveling)

-60 X 80 premium mattress

-slide topper with awning

-wireless rear back up camera and side view cameras

-4 six volt, deep-cycle batteries, which have been kept in a heated garage and fully charged throughout the winter;

-3 deluxe power vent fans (bedroom, living room and kitchen);

-stadium seating, in lieu of the sleeper sofa; and

-12 volt fresh water tank heating pad.

It is my intention to include in the sale of my trailer everything that someone might need in order to set off on a camping trip that same day. Toward that end, the following ancillary items will be included in the sale of the trailer:

Items Included in the Sale:

12,000 lb. Equal-i-zer anti-sway, weight distributing hitch with a 2.5 inch shank

Like-new trailer cover, 2 sets of wheel covers (8 total), and 4 wheel chocks

All necessary water hoses, sewer hoses, electrical cords, gauges, new (unused) in-line water filter, and other accessories

New anode rod just installed (new spare rod also included)

New (unused) step covers for both sets of steps

Heavy duty trailer lock

Both 40 lb. propane tanks are full

Serious inquiries only and please, no brokers. The title is clean and I'm in no hurry to sell, so please no low-ball offers. If you are considering purchasing an Outdoors RV Backcountry MTN TRX 24KRS travel trailer, especially in the Titanium Series, you can literally save $20,000 thousand dollars by purchasing my like-new trailer instead of buying a new one from a dealer. Come and take a hard look at my trailer; you will not be disappointed. Asking $56,900. Jim (850) 228-4300 The trailer is located in Marion, Montana.
