For the driver the coach has been upgraded with the HWH Active Air system and Koni shocks for a much smoother ride. Combined with Comfort Drive it makes driving much nicer with less leaning in turns and cross winds. Passing trucks do not affect coach control at all. With the HWH systems you can also park and level the coach on air bags.
Coach is on a Spartan chassis and has hydraulic disk brakes on all axles. This is the last year Spartan had disks brakes on all axels. Centramatic wheel balancers on all wheels.
Coach is equipped with Hydralift Motorcycle lift towing package (no lift included) Roadmaster Sterling towbar with AirForce one breaking system available. TST tire monitor for coach and tow car.
Magna shade window coverings with wheel and headlight covers included. Additional belts, filters, emergency needs, spare water pump, and numerous accessories will be included.
Coach has been coated with System-X Element 9 Ceramic paint coating. Washing with a deionized water system leaves no spotting and no need to hand dry.
In January 2024, all tires except tag tires were replaced with new Michelin tires. New bedroom AC March of 25. All Flexsteel furniture either replaced or reupholstered with the finest Ultraleather available. Recliners replaced with Lambright wall huggers.
Primary specials that were added (full list available as well as original build sheet upon request). Hardwood raised panel interior doors, King Air flooring, Custom leather from Mountain Air, MA headboard, KVA in Motion Satellite system and the Dish Travel'r. New GE Advantium Microwave. Extra coax and Cat-6 cable runs throughout. Garmin Dash Cam and Garmin RV GPS included. Coach is also pet free and a non-smoking coach.
New Kenwood dash stereo with Focal speakers with new 4channel preamp. New improved dash subwoofer with dedicated 2 channel amp. Sounds outstanding while motoring across country. New LG OLED TV on televator in living area. Larger 42-bedroom LG TV with additional storage behind TV. Sony AV receiver replaced with Marantz AV receiver.
One of the better enhancements is the Watermaster RV Sewer management system with the electric waste gates with controls in the 1/2 bath and wet bay. No need to leave the coach to dump the tanks.
Many many more enhancements and upgrades to this coach. When I contacted Newmar I was told they had never seen a 2017 DutchStar that was built out as much as this coach.
