RV Description

Selling my 2018 Forest River Riverstone 37RL. Trailer was bought from a dealer in New Mexico and delivered to where I was working in California in 2018. The trailer sat there for 4 years while I did 8-10 months a year of contract work there. The trailer was kept stationary and never moved while in CA. Trailer was then hauled to Baton Rouge, Louisiana in July of 2021 where I full timed out of the RV (it was kept stationary) while working for 3 years. It was then hauled home to Texas and parked under cover and no longer used in January 2025. The trailer is sound and does not leak, the entire time I've owned this trailer it has had two pinhole leaks on the roof. Both leaks were identified and repaired immediately before any damage was done. The RV has 3 working AC units. The bedroom and middle AC units are the original units and the living room unit was replaced around 2022 sometime by an rv repair service (main living room unit has heat pump feature as well). The furniture in the RV unit (sofa and reclining chairs) will need to replaced as it was discarded after being parked due to wear and tear. Carpet and all staining on wood is original. All holding tanks/block valves work and do not leak. RV has washer and dryer (both were replaced in 2023), residential fridge (some of the chiller drawers in the fridge are missing but it works fine), dishwasher (dishwasher began giving me issues in 2023 and I just stopped using it), full sized shower, dual vanity in the bathroom, space for king sized bed (I used a queen just to save some money), Roof was resealed twice and there are no leaks (last did a deep clean on the roof in 2024), Rv also has two electric fireplaces (one in bed room, and one in the living room), the tires were replaced in 2024 prior to puling the trailer back to Texas and have been kept out of the sun while being stored, RV also has a tankless propane water heater, all counter tops are granite. The trailer has been a good one and given me very few issues. The biggest issues with this trailer will be having to replace the living room furniture and the external rubber seals between the slides and the body of the trailer probably need to be replaced.
