RV Description

Excellent condition and still has that brand new smell
This was the last year that Lance made this floorplan, we dont know why they discontinued it because we love it!!! The TV between the living area and the bedroom spins around so that you can watch it from the u-dinette or while relaxing in bed. We didnt like the factory brown curtains, so we bought some red black out ones to match our décor. We have added a few upgrades but everything original is included.
Upgrades:
Wire shelf added to each bedroom closet for extra vertical space
Added soft PVC interlocking tiles with holes to plywood under the mattress to help with ventilation and mold prevention because we added a residential mattress (mattress not included). We put the original mattress back in place but left the tiles for the next owner.
Short tension rods and black our curtains to both bedroom entrances
Added wood supports to the shelves in the pantry next to the fridge. Nothing is drilled into the walls. Everything is supported with tension and is incredibly stable.
We made a wood shelving unit for the closet/pantry area across from the refrigerator. Again, nothing is drilled or attached to the walls. The shelves add tension to the 4 corner support legs. The shelves are adjustable and rest on metal angled shelf support pegs. We didnt need the extra closet space, so by adding these shelves we significantly increased our pantry storage for our 6-8 weeklong camping explorations.
Replaced the plastic factory toilet seat with a residential one. So much easier to clean!
Added a 3-chamber soap / shampoo dispenser in the shower
Replaced the plastic wheels with metal ball bearing wheels to the outside storage compartment slide-out tray.
Replaced the screen door screen with a heavier duty screen material.
We are the original owners and have thoroughly enjoyed our travels in our Lance, but its time to move on.
If youre a Lance owner you know the quality of their products, especially compared to other manufacturers. All RVs have their issues. Trust me, as certified RV inspectors and registered RV technicians weve seen so many issues with new RVs that Im rarely surprised anymore. But this unit has had very few issues and has been well maintained. Quarterly, biannually, and annual maintenance have been our top priority. With the 180-watt factory installed solar panel on the roof and the 1500-watt inverter, boondocking was easy. The 45-gal fresh water, gray, and black tanks allowed the 2 of us to boondock for 4-7 days. The Azdel insulated walls made outside temperatures more tolerable. The air conditioner cools quickly, and the electric fireplace takes the chill off on cold mornings. Before owning this Lance 2295, We didnt really care if there was an outside kitchen or not. But, after having this fully functional kitchen outsideWe are spoiled.
There are just too many wonderful features to list. Please message me if you desire more information.
We are located east of Dallas Texas
