This is the bunk type with queen bed with 2 bunkbeds, table turns into bed. Sleeps 6. Electric fire place for heat and airconditioner unit to keep cool. Full size seperate bathroom. No slide-outs. Does have a power awning. Everything still new I traveled from Florida to New Orleans. Then in storage because as a women I do not feel safe camping. Never ended up using it like I thought I would. I paid close to 22,000 from camp world still has warranty with all . Title is clean.
