Here is low-milage RV in excellent shape. Owners can no longer use it due to health issues. Living quarters include an eat-in kitchen with 3-burner stove, oven, ceiling vent, microwave, fridge, sink and dining table with 2 bench seats. Table works perfectly for meals, laptop time and evening card games.

Sleeping: The slide-out for the bedroom expands to open up a Queen-sized bed that comfortably sleeps two. Dining table converts into space for two more sleepers. Above the front seats is sleeping space for kids, which we used for storage.

Bathroom has shower, toilet, sink, ceiling fan and a mirror/cabinet. You will find plenty of cabinet space throughout the living quarters and bedroom: overhead, below seats, even a closet in the bedroom.

Up front are two very nice bucket seats and the dashboard screen with AM/FM/Sirius & CD player. The backup camera display is here, very helpful when parking. Another big feature is the 39 TV, mounted high for best viewing for you and your guests. Below deck is outside storage for hoses, power cord & emergency supplies.

Engine: Powering this RV is a 6.8L V10 Ford F-350 truck engine & transmission on a Ford chassis, all of which ran perfectly for us. This RV holds the road great and has good power for climbing hills, back roads as well as interstates.

Mileage: Over our four years of driving we clocked only 5,800 miles. For the past two years it was parked indoors, away from sun, rain & snow. We are proud of how clean and comfortable it will be for your inspection.

LOTS OF EXTRAS FOR FREE: A large woven ground cloth to keep your picnic space clean & dry. For the kitchen we have plates, cups, spoons, knives & forks, cooking utensils, food storage containers. In the outside storage space is a surge protector, jumper cables & other emergency supplies. Step stool for the entrance door. Plus, we have a brand-new cover to slip over the unit when its not on a trip. These were not standard with the unit when we bought it. We purchased all of these a $1,000 value and included them for you.
