30 foot motorhome with TOW CAR INCLUDED! Very good condition with low mileage (39k). Two slide-outs on driver side. Price includes 2006 Mazda 3 5-speed 2.3L 4-door car with Blue Ox tow bar and all connections for towing behind motorhome. Car mileage 132k. Runs great.

Motorhome has rear-view camera, power adjustable mirrors, power seat, power window, driver side door, roof air conditioning, LP gas heater, electric and gas water heater. Two Samsung Smart TVs with DVD. and soundbars. TVs can also screen-mirror smart phones or stream TV directly.

Motorhome layout is ideal for a single couple. The bedroom is in the rear with the bed head on the slide-out. A new custom full-length queen size mattress was manufactured by Brother's bedding in Knoxville. Bedroom includes two wardrobe closets, 9 drawers, bedside table and overhead storage above bed and storage under bed. TV in bedroom with DVD.

The walk-thru bathroom is between the living area/kitchen and the bedroom. Bathroom has shower, porcelain toilet and vanity with sink and medicine cabinet and additional towel/linen storage. Pocket doors are present on both sides of the bathroom if desired.

Kitchen includes a two-bowl sink, microwave, 3 burner gas stove and gas oven. Gas / AC refrigerator. All appliances work well. Kitchen has pantry with pullout shelves and wall storage.

Living area has an oversize couch with storage underneath. Driver and passenger Flexsteel power seats can be turned around to face the living area. We usually eat at a coffee table (or outside) but the original Newmar wooden foldout dining table and two wooden chairs are stored under the couch and available if desired. There is no dinette area in this model. Full length storage bins over the couch.

Large storage underneath the chassis. Generator, fresh water storage, LP tank and water/sewer/power/cable TV connections and outdoor shower. Unit is 30 Amp 120V. Power leveling system is present but not reliable. New roof coating 2022. No leaks.

Interior is clean and well cared for. Call Debra to arrange a showing at the covered storage area in Harriman TN where it is kept under cover. Again, price includes car and all towing mechanical and electrical accessories to flat tow with Blue Ox system.
