Canadian built Class B van. It has a unique power hard top that raises to give you 6"3" interior height. Completely water tight, no canvas.
This van was just fully serviced, with fresh Synthetic oil/Filter, brake flush, coolant flush, all other fluids inspected, including trans and rear differential. The very best Michelin Agilis Cross Climate tires were installed along with Bilstein Shocks all the way around- This van drives nicer than most brand vans!
Inside, all appliances and systems were cleaned and are operating like new.
New Epoch 300Ah Lithium battery was installed, along with Victron DC/DC charger . New 200Watt solar panel was added along with Victron MPPT Solar Controller. It also features 1500 Watt Inverter. Battery and Victron compotes are all bluetooth capable for easy monitoring of the system.
It has a Nova Cool 12V compressor fridge w/freezer, Hot and Cold water, Suburban Propane heater, Dometic A/C, Fantastic roof vent. It was power bed, that converts from second bench ( with two seatbelts) into a bed. Lots of windows for vary spacious look inside. All windows have nice blackout curtains for privacy, Bug screens for rear doors, slider door and even two front windows. Nice full size awning.
The toilet is a flushing design, the van does have gray and black tank.
This is a one owner van, with clean Carafe and very clean inside, outside and underside.
