I took out the one sofa bed to make room for my desk and removed the mattress to put my personal Select Number Bed on the platform. It really is a beautiful 5th Wheel. Bought it to live in permanently on my sister's property but alas, I found out I may be able to live in a tiny home but I cannot live in an RV. Only had it a month and I obviously have a loan to pay off. The title is currently held by M&T Bank. I will arrange for full payment at sale and transfer of ownership.

Also, we had 2 sand storms since I had this 5th wheel delivered and the one slide out cover material had to be cut off because of wind damage to the material. All the other ones (4) are intact. The 'door' to the grey and black tank levers on the trailer needs some attention. And 4/28/2025 I will be having the grey tank valve replaced by licensed RV repairman. Just remembered that I had it inspected by someone other than the dealership and I can send you the report along with the rest of the pictures they took. The roof is in very good condition.
