2018 Casita Independence Deluxe. Used for week trips 2 - 3 times a year. Mostly camped FL State Parks, and one trip to North Carolina. New 15 tires and new spare, new aluminum wheels, wheels just greased and inspected, Southern Mattresses (one lightly used, one brand new - both have plastic coverings they were shipped in), Kathys Closet, Lagun table, teak bath mat, no slip paper towel holder. Comes with water hose, water filter, Gorilla black water hose, 30 amp to 20 amp electric converter, wax, cleaner, Christmas lights and hangers, and more. Have a new propane cover, new window with louvre (like the new models) that need to be installed. Gas heater (never used - I use a space heater), awning package, outdoor shower. I have never used the hot water heater so unsure if it works or how to turn it on. I do not use the stove and wanted to remove it- I use an outdoor burner.
