This 22 ft Forest River Flagstaff 20FSB travel trailer is equipped with everything you need from boondocking to full hookup resort camping. First owner purchased it new in 2023 and it has been our 1rst camper for about a year. We are switching to a toy hauler to more easily haul motorcycles on our adventures but it has performed well for us. This unit has a GVWR of only 4400 lb. We towed it out to the Tetons from St Louis with a Honda Ridgeline so would be easily towable with a half ton pickup. Includes weight distribution hitch and anti-sway bar installation. Loaded with modern tech like the 400W solar charging system with a lithium ion battery, rear camera and display, WiFi booster, DC refrigerator, and ample interior and exterior lighting. Includes 4 inch memory foam topper, two propane tanks, unused undercarriage spare tire, and all typical features like water pump, electric or propane water heater, air conditioning and heating with thermostat. The solar system allows you to run everything (including powered outlets) in the camper except the AC and microwave when boondocking. Comes with everything you need for setup and shore hookup like wheel chocks, water hose, 30 Amp electric chord and septic line. The awning fabric is brand new after the manufacture covered it under a recall when it started to tear a year ago.
